1968 Triumph TR5 PI (Petrol Injection) Roadster finished in Signal Red over Black interior. This rare little car comes to us having received an older 'body off' restoration and remains in excellent condition. What makes this example so rare is the fuel injected engine that was only offered to the European market. It increased the horsepower from 111 to over 150 and a 0-60mph time of 6.5 seconds, ery fast for the time. In addition to the fuel injection, his example features a left-hand drive layout - also very desirable. Coming with; black convertible soft top, lack tonneau cover, our speed manual transmission with overdrive, etric speedometer, ulpo headlamps, ilver wire wheels with correct OEM red line Michelin tires, nequal-length A-arm front suspension with coil springs, ndependent rear suspension with semi-trailing arms and coil springs, nd front disc/rear drum brakes. Accompanying this car is its British Motor Industry Heritage Trust certificate verifying its original build date of February 6, 968 and its original specs such as Signal Red paint, ire wheels, nd metric speedometer.
