~$17,900 I reserve the right to end the auction early as the car will be for sale locally for the same price. I can be reached at (6l9)..889..957Nine.....
~This is a beautiful 1969 Pontiac Firebird, riginal paint survivor. Matching # 350 V8 backed by turbo 350 transmission. Factory Ac, ower steering and power disc brakes. Bucket seats and console. This is a 1 owner, ife long, ust free California Firebird. Its never seen a day of snow or a slaty road in its life! Purchased in early 1970 at Steiner Pontiac in Pasadena. The car remained in Pasadena its entire life until I brought it to San Diego last year. I have all of the original documentation from 1970 including Books, rotecto plate, ales contract, aintenance contract, urchase order and registrations dating back to 1970. Really neat stuff! It still retains both of its original blue and yellow California plates and Steiner Pontiac license plate frame.
~The body is very straight. The paint is all original and looks good but obviously is not flawless from being nearly 48 years old. A few chips here ant there and some thin spots in the paint but perfectly presentable for a driver. All of the sheet metal is original. Everything lines up nicely. Floors, rame and truck are also nice, ry and rust free.
~The interior is untouched and original. A few rips in the seat and headliner but over all pretty good original condition. Still has the original radio.
~The car runs and drives great! Motor fires right up with no smoke or funny noises. Transmission shifts smooth. All new brakes. I also just put a brand new set of Bfg's on it.
Nicely documented, ll original rust free California cars like this are becoming increasingly difficult to find. This is a really good honest car! Never blown apart and not hiding and questionable body work. You see exactly what your getting and it has nothing to hide. It would almost be ashamed to paint it. I'd be proud to drive it exactly as it is but if you're looking perfection this would an excellent platform to do a high quality cosmetic restoration!
