1955 Ford Fairlane Sunliner, PURE TIME CAPSULE, One Owner

Hello, nbsp;Thank You for looking at a seldom seen, actory Original Ford Sunliner. This Time CAPSUL was bought new in St. Louis Mo.,at pHull-Dobbs Ford by a gentleman that kept it for 60 years and it was in a garage every night, his was one from his collection of 4 cars that he treated as family! The only paint done was the right lower quarter that was replaced in the 80s, one right and 2 rear floor pans, ight where your feet rest, his is notorious for convertibles, races and all other pans are great, o rust in trunk. Trunk still has original mat, umper jack still has tags on it with the jack instructions behind spare tire.
The original interior is very nice, ear seat looks new, oor panels are great, rivers arm rest shows some wear, rivers area front seat has seams splitting, hould be easy fix. I installed new carpet, riginal rubber mat was bad and I replaced it with carpet, ooks so much better! Dash is perfect, ever cut or altered. Convertible Top was replaced in the 80s and still looks nice except for the rear window that has a small burn hole, ooks like a light bulb laid on it! Zips Out. Tires are all nice, nbsp;Chrome is nice, ot pitted or bent, 0 years old but well taken care of. The very bottoms of the front fenders are starting to show rust, ut keep in mind, his is only original once!! Everyone wants that original car, o hidden secrets here. The rockers, nner and outer are very nice with no rust. This car has the real patina, rimer showing thru on front fenders, ot a paint job that someone created. Along with this car is all the original paper work, ill of sale for the price of $2225.00, ales brochures and owners manual. This is a car that will only go up in value, epair a few items and leave it the way it comes. The gentleman that owned it kept everything that came off, riginal water pump, uel pump and master cylinder, hey will come with it to make it a complete numbers car.
