Up for sale is a clean 2009 Tahoe PPV Police Patrol Vehicle that has been my primary personal vehicle used mainly for commuting highway miles to work in downtown Houston, exas all light duty. The vehicle has been adult driven, on-police use, nd serviced religiously, lways with full synthetic oil. I am no police officer so the driving doesn't include heavy acceleration, uick stopping, ehicle chases, r wear and tear starting. Inside the vehicle is a double DIN Pioneer stereo which works great, tow hitch, nd a cargo cover for the back cargo area of the vehicle that you can easily deploy so no one can see what is in back in case you want to carry something in there. There are Kenwood Excelon speakers which replaced the four factory speakers and sound good.
There are some minor holes on the interior trim where security equipment was removed as shown in pics, s this car was bought by me with only 432 miles on it in late 2009 from a California security firm that couldn't use it because it didn't meet California specific emissions codes. I used it for my main vehicle for 6 years. It has no center console as these police vehicles normally have a special module that goes there instead. I put in two different seat covers, ne on the right passenger side was a faux leather cover and I'll leave that to the buyer as I think it still looks good. I also had a concealed carry seat cover on the driver side but took that off in the past couple of days so there's basically no wear and tear on the seats in the front as they have always been covered. I believe the back seat is real leather or at a minimum looks like it is. The spotlight works perfectly, s do all components of the vehicle except one door lock, he back seat drivers side has to be manually opened from exterior. There is also a small crack in the windshield that has been sealed by me about 3 years ago and has not expanded since then. There are a few small, inor scratches and dings but overall body condition and paint is in excellent shape as you can see in the photos.
In general this Tahoe has been cared for and pampered like a baby and it runs and drives great. There's nothing like it and I love it and I'm sad to sell it but it's time. I've spent thousands and thousands on all the routine maintenance for this girl to keep her perfectly up to speed as I thought I might keep her forever. The A/C and heater work great. The 6 speedtransmission shifts perfectly through all gears, orward and reverse, ike it should. The 5.3 Flex Fuel motor runs great and has plenty of power and it is so much fun to drive.
