Honda Pilot LX Black with Grey Interior Gently Used

My Suv has a very mechanically sound Engine, o issues there, ut there are some minor issues that need addressed as with all used cars, he Transmission sometimes slips to neutral while I'm driving, o i'll have to move the actual arm back to neutral then back to drive to continue going, his happens randomly like once a month or so, therwise i drive it everyday with no issues. Also i think it might be time to change rear shocks, lso ac blew cold all last summer but i just tried it on today and its blowing hot so it might need freon filled and lastly i think the power locks need to be reprogrammed. i bought brand new fab last year and when i try to lock the doors the rear lift gate and all driver side locks ok, ut passenger side will not, o i have to manually lock those and also the dash board always shows that the door is not fully latched on the rear driver side door, don't know if thats whats causing that problem. Other wise everything else is good. The body has minor scuffs from use, lso has a side swipe on rear passenger side rear quarter panel otherwise body is consistent with a 2003 vehicle.
