1970 TVR Vixen - 17,136 Miles on the Odometer
The owner passed away, o there is no way to absolutely confirm if the miles are original.
The restoration was started in 1982.
That's the date on the registration and window stickers.
It was purchased around 1975 from the original owner and used sparingly.
I would say the miles are original. They knew the original owner and the car was rarely used and always garaged.
Frame is solid.
This is being sold as a parts car.
It ran and drove into the garage, ut has not been used sine 1982
It looks like all the parts are here and there are some new parts too!
No warranties or guarantees.
The fiberglass body is solid and in good condition.
Tires hold air long enough to push the car around.
I am going to throw in the 2 jack stands and engine transmission wheel cart with the car.
Car is transferred to new owner with the registration - no titles in NY in 1970.
I can't tell if the car is totally complete - so consider it a parts car.
Bonnet is in good shape, ith a strip of fiberglass missing near the grill area.
I do have 1 or 2 small pieces of fiberglass body parts that fit onto the body.
The car is located in East Meadow, ong Island is you want to preview it.
The front rotors spindle and control arms look new.
Since the struts are not installed I have two metal rods (duct taped) stretching across front end to keep tires and control arms elevated and keeping the car mobile.
Radiator looks fairly new and the gas tank looks very new.
You are responsible for removal.

I want to clarify that the VIN on the transferable registration I have reads - LUX152414. The VIN in the door frame (which is visible in the pictures) reads LVX 1524/4.
