Please find my Triumph TR6 up for auction. Itis a running driving projectcar and what you see in the photos is what you get.I happy to take any questions you may have. The car is listed with no reserve and the starting price is intended to deliver a quick sale.
I would not be selling the vehicle if I wasn't moving across country for a new job. I've bought it for $12,000 five years ago and enjoyed every minute of owning it!
The car runs and driveswell but should have a complete going over to ensure safety and road worthy ness. Personally I believe that the brakes need inspecting and adjusting but I am not an expert.. The engine runs smoothly. This vehicle does NOT have the overdrive option.
Underneath the car is sound. I do feel that the driver foot-well may need some attention in the next few years. I've owned a Triumph before and they usually require some work when they are this old.
Inside the carpets are almost new but the dashboard could benefit from some attention. All the dials are the original manufacturer but the speedometer was replaced when the original stopped working at 74,000 miles. The original is included in the sale.
The soft top is in great order and I believe the cover was replaced by the previous owner.
The car cover (shown) is included in the sale.
Manufacturer's shop manual is included in the sale.
The car is being sold as-is and the buyer is responsible for all collection costs. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of the auction closing and final payment must be cleared funds within 7 days of the auction end.
