96 ChryslerTown & Country runs and drives has rebuilt trans but body damage

96 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY There's no battery but it willstart right up if you put one in it as the starter was put in new just a month or so ago and the radiator was put in new sometime last year.This van does run and drive and the trans only has just over 12,000 miles ona rebuild. But it's being sold as a titled parts car because it has major body damage and much rust. I'm pretty sure it can be driven anywhere and it would make it their fine but I'm not sure that the laws inall state would approve of it being on the road. the van ismissing one of the middle captains chairs and the interior is in ruffshape if it don't sell hereI may part it out but really only the engine, tarter, adiator,trans and windowsare worth using again itdid have a new windshield put in it last yearas well. If your desperate for a cheap car it runs good and will get you therebutI can say how long it will last. its better to use it for parts there forI'll start it at scrap price.I do have a clear Michigan title for it.
