The Story:
This Dodge 1 ton van (and a few other older oddball rigs) came with a fleet of late model work trucks we just purchased, t seems to run and drive very well for its age. This desert dwelling van is completely rust free, one dry, o leaks underneath, ven the underside of the engine is dry (see photos)

I am a huge van fan, own 7 right now in all shapes and sizes. With the high top conversion, his would make a really good motovan, IY camper, ork van etc. This is a very decent old van with a lot of potential but I cannot put a bunch of money into repairs (like tires or paint work) and keep it low cost. I'll make it as cheap (within reason) as possible so that someone gets a good builder van at a good price.

Options and Condition:
Has a strong running 5.9 V8 engine, spd overdrive auto transmission with factory locking torque convertor, :10 axle ratio, he non smoking gray cloth interior is clean,hascold AC, ot heat, anual windows/locks/mirrors, M/FM stereo, cruise (inop) control, ilt wheel etc. We gave it a full safety inspection, il/filter change, hecked all fluids, rakes, ew air filter, ave it a tune up with plugs, ires, ap rotor so it's pretty much ready to roll. Always starts instantly, o smoke, ngine sounds good, hifts solid through all the gears, racks great at 65mph on the highway, tops well etc.
Though in good condition, his is a used 17 year old van and as you would expect there are imperfections, cratches, ings, ear, etc. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback.
There are some dents and dings, ome peeling paint, ost are on the passenger side (see photos)
There are road chips on the edge of the hood and front bumper (see photos)
The grill is sun faded (see photos)

The very rear seat material has rotted at the top from sun UV exposure (see photos)

The wheelchair lift may/may not work, t is untested and settles outward when you open the side doors (see photos)

The tires are 2 matched sets, read is maybe 40% and in my opinion should be replaced

At this time the cruise control does not work, will have my guy take a look, f it's simple Ill repair it

I'm sure there arelittle normal scuffs and misc. stuff I'm missing but nothing worth photographing.
