This no expense spared tribute to the GTS Dart is an excellent and accurate example from the 383cid big block and the way back to the chrome tail pipes! This Dart has an aggressive racing stance and sound, ure to please even the most discerning MoPar enthusiast!

The Dart GT, he most stylish of the Dart line, ad finally arrived as a legitimate sporting car. It had the power to compete against the likes of the Mustang and Camaro. Darts have gradually become scarce and particularly so for the performance models.

Finished in a brilliant Bright Red (code FE5). The red is tastefully broken up with a belt line flat black racing stripe. The period Swinger hood with dual 383 “callouts” black hood scoops are in great condition. The front and rear chrome bumpers with over riders are tight and finish is exquisite. The blacked-out front grill is in very good condition, howing only minor signs of aging. The optional Swinger “Go Wing” flat black rear deck spoiler shows well. All trim pieces are present and have a great finish. The headlights and taillights are in very condition with no hazing or cracks.

Inside, his Dodge features black vinyl (code V1X) optional hi-back front bucket seats and rear bench seat which look great. The matching door panels, arpet and dashboard are a continuation of the striking interior of this sedan and look fantastic. The black headliner completes rest of the interior and is in very good condition.. All the original equipment gauges are well placed, ave correct appearance as originally designed, ith the tasteful addition of a two gauge pod (water, il)Auto-gage and SunPro tachometer mounted under the dash. However, he fuel gauge is inoperable. The original Dodge designed three spoke steering wheel and upgraded Kenwood stereo are in very good condition.

This ’70 Dart is nicely equipped with a Super Commando 383cid V8 engine fed by a Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor and Edelbrock aluminum intake. Power is transferred to the wheels by a TorqueFlite 727 three-speed automatic transmission with B&M shifter. A aluminum radiator and large capacity B&M oil pan nestled between the cast-iron exhaust manifolds with dual exhausts. The suspension consists of upper and lower control arms, ongitudinal torsion bars, nti-roll bar elliptical, ongitudinal leaf springs and telescoping shock absorbers. Upgraded 15-inch original exterior matching steel wheels and Dart center hub caps with Cooper Cobra raised white letter performance radial tires.

This particular Dodge is a loving and correct tribute to the styling Scat Pack options group from the MoPar muscle car days.
