Extremely rare 1948 Nash Ambassador Convertible. One of 1,000 built and one of approximately 60 known to exist today. Rebuilt numbers matching engine, -speed manual transmission w/ working overdrive. Factory correct rims, rim rings, ub caps and black rubber gravel guards. Rebuilt generator, tarter and fuel pump. New carpet and seat covers. Featured on Velocity Channel's "What's my car worth?" last August. Solid floorboards and rockers. Many new parts and new Firestone wide white-wall tires. Car comes with the following items: Original owner's manual, echnical Service Manual, ash Paint Chip Brochure, ash Dealer Award Key chain from 1948 and DVD from Velocity Channel. The mileage on the odometer is believed to be accurate due to the number of years it wasn't titled. However, can NOT substantiate the claim. Serious bidders only please. I have had the chrome quoted...triple plated and show quality...$3,739.00 The convertible top is $4,750.00 includes glass rear window w/metal ring and interior curtain that hides the rails and bow. So, or under $8,500.00 someone can turn this into a $100,000.00 car.
