** RARE ** 1927 Chevrolet Dump truck. This running and driving dump truck has a 4 cylinder motor that has been rebuilt from the ground up. Runs and drives! Clutch is brand new along with new rear tires and tubes on wood spoke wheels and a new radiator. The original gas tank was full of rust and unusable. So I had a local welding company build me a new fuel tank.
New copper tubing was used to supply the motor with fuel. I also installed a new larger 6 volt battery. The carburetor and water pump have been rebuilt. All the glass in the cab is still intact with no cracks.
The body is solid with some dents and dings. I mean c'mon you expect a dump truck to survive 9 decades without its fair share of bump and bruises? The cab is green with black fenders and also period patina giving it character. I decided against performing the body work on it because I did not think I could do a restoration job and still do it justice.
The dump body is chain driven and fully functional. I have video proof that the truck does run, rive, nd the dump bed raises and lowers.
I have already done all the required work to obtain a current Massachusetts title as to make selling it easier.
I also have this for sale locally so I may remove this ad if I am able to sell it prior to the auction closing on EBAY.
Trades for antique or muscle car trades considered.
