This is a 1997 Dodge Dakota, t has some natural wear and tear but it's got a strong engine and it's a good work truck! I've put about 100,000 of the miles on it as an animal rescue transport vehicle, nd it's still a reliable truck for me to haul stuff to the dump weekly. That's all I use it for though, nd I don't have the time/money to put any extra TLC into the truck that someone else probably can. The power steering pump went out, ut those are between $40-$90 refurbished online. Shocks need to be replaced and some rust needs to be patched up, /C needs to be recharged and that's about it! New brakes and she starts up and runs reliably.
I'm the second owner, he first owner was an elderly man who was religious about oil changes and maintenance. When he passed away, he truck sat in the driveway for a few years until I began to use it to rescue animals across Ohio in 2014. Since the middle of 2015 though, he truck has only been used two to four times a month to haul trash to the dump.
The funds for this truck will go into the nonprofit account of the Animal Cruelty Task Force of Ohio, o if you purchase this work truck you will also be helping us as we continue to rescue more animals in need statewide.
Payment must be made in full, nd the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs but if you're in the Central Ohio region, can help with the logistics on that within reason.
