Boom: The 23.8' to 54.8', hree section boom features full hydraulic extension and retraction. Its welded steel box construction has replaceable wear pads and bushings. A 10" bore vertical luff cylinder increases load space and capacity at low boom angles. Maximum tip height is 63'. Elevation 0 to 81 degrees.Boom Tip: Three sheaves with roller bearings, able stays, nd pad eye for wedge socket provide the ability to reeve from 1 to 6 parts of line without requiring attachment of snatch blocks. Boom tip has quick reeve design that does not require removal of wedge socket to change parts of line. The use of non-metallic sheaves reduces boom weight and increases cable life.Rotation: A 39" diameter swing bearing is driven by a planetary gearbox with integral brake. The standard hydraulic and electric rotary swivels provide 360 degree continuous rotation. All components are accessible from the top of the deck for ease of maintenance.Controls: Outrigger controls are operated from the ground on the left side at rear. Boom controls are at the operators platform. All controls are fully proportional. Standard equipment includes radio anti-two block indicator with audio alarm and function shutdowns.Operators Platform: The open, ide-around platform includes a control console, orn, djustable seat, nd foot throttle.Hydraulic System: Hydraulic system includes transmission mounted PTO, andem gear pump, nd hydraulic reservoir.Outriggers: Standard 18' spread, ut and down type outriggers, t front and rear, llow ease of set up on uneven terrain. Firm footing is achieved by means of 24" diameter removable aluminum pads on the rear and with 12" fixed pads at the front.Subframe: A high capacity torsion box connects the crane and outriggers into an integral structure designed to withstand all loads produced during crane operation. The design does not rely on the truck chassis for strength which allows for mounting on a lighter and more economical truck. The clamp-type mounting requires no welding or drilling on the chassis rails and maintains full factory warranty.Body: A 1/2"thick bed, 2' in length, ounts flush with the top of the subframe on steel cross members spaced at 18". Steel side rails, eadache rack, oom rest, ccess ladders, n 18"x48" tool box mounted on the truck's chassis, ad racks and all DOT required lighting is included. All components are pre-painted in sea blue with epoxy primer and polyurethane topcoat prior to assembly to ensure maximum protection.Winch and Reeving: winch has variable speeds, ower up and power down, lanetary drive with spring applied, ydraulically-released brake. Maximum base layer line pull: 12,000 lbs. Maximum top layer : 115 ft./min Reeving: Four parts of line Rope: 384' - 1/2" diameter, x25 FW, WRC, IPS Load Block: 15-ton, ouble sheave, oller bearings with swivel hook and safety latch
