1956 GMC shortbed big back window V/8 project like apache

Hard to find 1956 GMC shortbed with big back window factory V/8 truck currently has chevy small block (not running) with 4speed transmission
This truck came from California and has been licensed and inspected in Washington State (will have title in about 60 days)
has been sitting for a few years and will need typical repairs before running/driving.with it already having a small block chevy it would be very easy to just replaceit with arunning motorprevious owner removed heater and wiper motorfor repairs they do come with the truck.
this truck has solid floors and steps. little rust in bottom of doors, hoodand front fenders. Drivers side cab corner has been replaced but not done well and drivers side door has also been worked on but again not very well. also drivers door is not latching. bedsides are in good shape will need new wood. tires look very good
