Straight out of tomorrow - 1957! These cars look like space ships of their day! Space-age styling inside and out ... Just a beautiful original car that has been well cared for by the previous owners. Only 34,292 miles and documented as such. We had plans to drive and show this car on a regular basis, but sometimes life has other plans, and we have decided to sell it to someone who we hope will give it a good home.

The engine idles well, runs quiet, makes good power, and starts well every time. The transmission shifts very smoothly through all the gears (and all of the buttons work - including Park). Steers and stops very easy. Drives straight down the road with no unusual vibrations, pulling, noises, etc. All of the original gauges work. The radio, clock, and horn also work. The air conditioning was added and does work well (cold). Other updates include an electric windshield wiper motor, alternator, electric fuel pump, and seat belts. The car is an absolute pleasure to own and drive.

This Mercury is just a pretty car everywhere you look (exterior, interior, engine compartment, trunk, etc). Nice body and under-carriage too. Doors open and shut with a THUD. Windows roll up and down easily. The ORIGINAL upholstery is in good condition considering the age. This Mercury would lookgreat at all your shows and cruise-ins. You would be hard pressed to find another classic car like this for this kind of price.
