Chevy Astro Van EXT under 200K!! Good Condition!

1993 Chevy Astro EXT 167K miles. She has traveled across the country a few times and all miles are highway miles. She last went to Florida. She is in good shape. Pictures shown with one of the seats taken out, for the purpose of viewing the interior better, it is in the same condition as the other one pictured.
BAD
*some amount of rusting along the bottom runner on driver's side, as you will be able to tell from the pictures.
*exhaust rusty and no tail pipe. (so runs a little louder)
*seal on back door is broken and so leaks water. (Also in photos)
*there is a quick release on the battery (to prevent drain on the battery) and it needs to be replaced. (She does start and run. Part shown in pictures)
*radio sometimes comes in and out.
GOOD
+new carpeting throughout
+Tires have great amount of tread.
+runs great-She starts even on the coldest day of the year.
+cold air
+warm heat
+everything else works
