We try to represent each vehicle in detail and describe the condition to the best of our capability. We welcome inspections of all the cars we offer for sale, so please take advantage of this since the responsibility of pre-purchase inspection is on the buyer. There are absolutely no inspections allowed "After" placing a bid. All vehicles are sold "As Is", "Where Is" with absolutely no warranty. If the vehicle has any remaining factory warranty that warranty will be transferred to the new buy under the terms of the manufacturer limited warranty. It is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer to verify eligibility of such warranty, if applicable. Questions about the vehicle or terms of sale should be asked PRIOR to placing a bid and not after placing a bid. All admin fees, title fees, registration fees and California sales tax will be charged on all vehicles sold in the state of California. Out of state buyer picking up the vehicle directly from our dealership in the state of California will be responsible for the California sales tax also. Out of state buyers who will have the vehicle shipped or transported by a shipping company will not pay any sales tax to our dealership and will be directly responsible for any taxes in the state they will be registering the vehicle. Buyers in the United States must submit a 10% deposit within 24 hours and pay the remaining balance and total amount within 3 days of the close of auction. We only accept funds in $USD (US Dollars) as form of Payment. All funds must be paid by wire transfer, cash, bank certified funds or loan check from a verified and valid Bank located in the United States.
