1971 Buick Skylark Custom Convertible – I’ve owned this car for fifteen years and carefully maintained it along the way (77k – 104k miles). It always starts right up and is a real pleasure to drive. I installed complete dual exhaust system and it sounds like a V-8 should. Poor health prevents me from continuing its restoration. Unfortunately, the original owner lived near the ocean so there is rust in the usual places; trunk floor, and areas around and behind the wheels (see photos). Car was painted once many years ago. It runs strong and cruises easily at sixty-five. Brake, charging, cooling, electrical and suspension systems all work well. Repair receipts available. Original interior has one spilt seam (driver seat), one door panel issue, otherwise everything is good. The passenger side rear window does not roll up; the top (which has a slight tear) does not work and the transmission leaks a little oil. Requests for reserve price will go unanswered. Not interested in any knuckle-headed hair-brain schemes, or any off-line bargaining.
