2005 Volkswagen MKIV Jetta GLI 1.8t mark 4 Smyth UTE

2005 Volkswagen Jetta GLI Mark 4 Turbo 1.8t MKIV. 163K on the clock, 8k on rebuilt engine & tranny.I purchased this MKIV Jetta a couple years ago with the intention of fabricating a Smyth UTE truck with it. Has BBS wheels, Recaro interior, Monsoon sound. All power options work 100%. Ice cold air.I had the entire top end of the engine rebuilt (Everything above the block including turbo) professionally ($3,800, all receipts on hand), and the transmission (5spd Auto) also (1,900).8,000 miles over the last 2.5 years on the rebuild.I have also replaced: battery, alternator, starter, front shocks/struts, lower control arms, AC compressor, and tires have less than 5k (Bridgestone Potenza RFT). Engine runs perfectly, there is vibration between 50-70MPH only under torque/acceleration, needs CV's & tie rod ends. My shop will do it for $689 (as reference).Only reason for sale is I'm not going to build the UTE as previously planned.


To be perfect: The clear is faded on the roof, trunk, and door handles. There are 2 small dents on the passenger rear A tower (1 is @2.5").It needs brake pads, 1, O2 sensor, tie rod ends, and the CV's need to be rebuilt.The front OE bumper lip has some scuffs and needs to be painted, and the headliner is sagging in a couple spots.
