I've been the one and only owner (bought new in June of 2001) and have kept up with regular maintenance, always at the Honda dealer. Tires are fairly new (though are slightly different than the recommended). It also has a IMA (hybrid battery) from BumbleBee Batteries in Portland Oregon, installed a couple of years ago by Eli himself, though it needs a quick re-boot. The A/C works and there is a radio. It's never been involved with any accidents (beyond dings and scrapes from having the car parked in a busy urban neighborhood).
I have to be honest, the exterior doesn't look great. It's been kept outside and it shows. One of the wheel skirts is missing, the driver's side mirror is taped on, and there are cracks in the windshield. Interior wear is normal - no smoking or pets.

It's time to let my beloved 2001 silver Honda hybrid Insight go. This low mileage vehicle has been super duper reliable (as all Hondas are) -- with the super low mileage it could last another 15+ years.

*Quick re-boot: The IMA - Honda's version of the Hybrid battery - was replaced a couple years ago, maybe 2013. I don't drive the car enough to keep it fully charged. So, its gotten a little out of whack. If you take off the leads from the regular 12volt car battery, you can reset the electrical system. Then, you put the 12V battery back and rev the engine to 3500 RPM for a little little while until the IMA is fully recharged. It would expect it to stay in good shape if it is driven regularly after that.
>> There is a theft in the Vehicle History Report. The car was stolen but I got it back in a few days with no harm, just needed a clean-out after thethievesleft their trash in the car.
