Description |

4x4 Quigley Ford E350 Extended Van with 6.0L Diesel Engine. I bought this van in 2014 with only 111,000 miles. Though not needed, I had the 'Bullet Proof"* upgrade performed on the engine. I also had the turbo fan replaced and the alternator as well as both batteries (All worked performed by local O.E.M. Ford Dealership!). Other assets include...
- 5 Speed OD transmission with tow package
- 1x45 and 1x40 gallon fuel tanks (approx. 1100 between fill ups)
- Macias custom bumpers (rear has built in tool box) and roof rack
- Aluminess ladder to roof
- Three roof mounted storage boxes. I use these to carry generator,
tools, jack, camping gear etc. These can be removed if needed.
- Two 2 gallon Rotopax fuel containers (for generator & chainsaw)
- Roof mounted spare tire and jack.
- Camp/service shovel mounted on left side of rack.
- 12,000 lb. wench
- Front and rear (reverse light) L.E.D. lighting.
- Inside queen size bed with lots of storage beneath.
- Insulated interior walls
- C.R. Laurence sliding camper window
- Electric windows, locks and mirrors
- New tires and wheels
- Sunroof
This is truly an awesome van. With the six inch lift the tallest point (rear toolbox) is at 9 feet. Seldom do I stop for fuel, supplies etc. that someone does not visit to look and ask questions about about this machine. Also plenty of 'thumbs up' while driving down the road. I have found this is a great way to get off the beaten path to explore this beautiful country.
RVs and travel trailers etc. are difficult to get to the places I like to camp (away from the masses) Tent camping is fun but I prefer not sleeping on the ground and IF there is ever a close encounter with wildlife I have greater protection than that offered by a thin layer of nylon. Anyway, happy bidding. The truck runs great and with it being a diesel engine (bullet proofed)* there should be many miles of adventure left in it!

*'Bullet proofed' is an upgrade performed on the Ford 6.0L engine to increase durability and life of the engine.
