1971 Chevelle SS-396

Up for sale is my current project. Other obligations force this sale. This is being relisted with a much lower reserve. This car was undergoing a frame off complete restoration. The chassis is completed. The frame was media blasted and painted with Eastwoods ceramic chassis paint. The front suspension features all new bushings, tie rods, ball joints, rotors and calipers. I have install all new stainless steel brake lines and fuel lines. The original rear end has all new brakes, drums and emergency brake cables. The engine is a brand new, never started 396 / 375 horsepower purchased from Blue Monkey Performance Engine in Arizona. A new Delco clutch mates to a Borg Warner Super T-10 4 speed transmission. I have the complete original interior, except for the headliner. All sheet metal is original General Motors. The body and interior have been completely removed as I was ready to have the paint completely stripped. The body was bolted back onto the farm for this auction. All that is needed is some body work and paint and you will have a great SS-396. I have all new glass except the front windshield. I have just about all original parts that came off this car. All nuts, bolts, clips etc are labeled in separate zip lock bags. The expensive mechanical work is already completed. $1,000.00 deposit is expected with 24 hours of auction end. Shipping is the buyers responsibility. I will have all parts stored in the trunk and interior. I do not have a built sheet or other documents. Car is being sold with a bill of sale only there is no title. The reserve price is much lower that what I already have invested into this restoration.
