Spent its life in CA and NV. Custom ordered with a 392 cid engine, straight 5 speed manual T-496 trans and heavy duty drive line. 12'' clutch, front disc brakes. The paint is original (notice how clean the rear cargo area is, I pulled the carpeting out as it was sun damaged to reveal howcleanthemetalis. The previous owner had done some cursory spray painting along the bottom edges in areas. There noevidenceofbondetc, simply spray paint to address paint chips, etc. Thebumpersshown are new, custom fabricated. It's hard to see but the front is integrated intothe frame, HD D rings and a trailer hitch box are integrated into the front bumper, makes pulling big boats out the the garage a breeze. I have the perfect original chrome bumpers to go with the truck. The A/C compressor works, system will need a recharge. I went through and cleaned many of the contacts for the exterior driving lights to work. The electric brake controller and trailer light wiring is all functional. The Dash lights are intermittent due to the rheostat on the light switch being worn, (a newswitchis about $25). I might get to itbeforethe auction ends. The previous owner clipped the corner of thegarage(rear passenger). Youcan see thescoopeddent in the pictures. There's no frame damage according to my bodyguy and would be an easy fix if one were to fix it in the course of a restoration. The brakes are good. Since I've owned it, I've has a complete tune upperformed, the fuel system was cleaned as well as the carb cleaned. The valve cover gaskets, oil pangasketand right exhaust manifold gaskets werereplaced, thus solving many of the oil leakissues. It still drops oil but more in line with what you'd expectfrom a 42 year old truck. The right tank has had fuel from last year it in it so I have only used the left tank. It would beadvisableto drain that tank before using it. I'd prefer a local sale but there are many transportationcompaniesthat caneasily shipthis coast to coast. Not in a rushtosell but Ihave other vehicles I'd like to work on. Brand new tires and rims at a cost of nearly $2,000, recent tune up, and many miscellaneous items needed to get it roadworthy again. You can call me to discuss Will be driving it to northern WI throughout the summer-this thing will cruise at 70mph all day long-smoothly. Can show it in the Minocqua area if someone is interested next weekend. If you'd like to speak with me about it, I will supply my cell number, please contact me though Ebay. This is a really cool, fun truck that can be driven as is or fully restored with very little effort as the body is in great shape with little rust and no rot.
