Pristine 1998 BMW Z3 M Roadster 3.2L with 24,200 original miles.

“Triple black”: Cosmos black metallic exterior with Black Nappa interior (Specially ordered without the red seat trim) and black top.

Crystal clear history: First owner from 06/29/1998 to 09/19/2005 (14,916 miles), second owner from 09/19/2005 to 11/12/2015 (23,725 miles). Both previous owners were senior individual people. The second owner purchased the car as his retirement gift. I am the third owner.

I have the maintenance records from the second owner as well as those under my ownership. Most recent maintenances include:

- Recent rear tires (Michelin Super Sport)

- Recent front tires (Michelin Sport A/S Plus)

- New battery

- New OEM rear window (due to slight cracking of the trim around the window)

- Oil and fluid changes (Amsoil)

No paintwork at the exception of the four wheels; they have been refurbished due to slight curb rash of one of the wheels. The wheels have been powder coated and have then received a final coating in order to mimic the original shadow chrome finish.

The exterior is in pristine condition at the exception of two minor defaults:

- The passenger door has minor door dings. The previous owner mentioned that these dings occurred when his wife was opening the door of their second car in the garage. She didn’t realize the slight contact would leave a ding as the BMW was covered

- The hood has a minor indentation at its base between the kidney grilles

The interior of this vehicle is virtually flawless.

If you are interested by this type of car, you should be aware of the infamous subframe failure.I did my homework at the time of the acquisition and didn’t see any issue with the subframe: No spot weld issues and no stress crack in the differential mount.

TheM Roadster has an OEM6CD changer in the trunck.

Finally, the BMW comes with its original convertible top boot (Perfect condition) as well as two car covers:

- Indoor car cover: New custom fit CoverKing car cover. It fits the M Roadster beautifully.

- Outdoor car cover: Basic model used by the previous owner

This M Roadster is an amazing car and a pure blast to drive. I am only selling it as I would like my weekend car to have a backseat in order to enjoy it with the family.
