1955 Packard Clipper (Two Door Hardtop)
Burgundy Paint with Champagne Gold Top.
Special order with Stick Shift Overdrive
and 352 V8 engine, the largest engine in 1955.
Opportunity to own a true vintage collector car,
with only 35,000 original miles.
Ordered new and spent its whole life in East Texas.
Needs assembly and finishing.
This is a straight and solid car that I personally have known about and been familiar with since it was nearly new.
I got it from a car collector friend of mine that took the car apart to restore. Before he could restore it, his memory went bad (dementia) and he was unable to finish it.
I have most all the parts and the paint is mostly done. Some of the parts are missing because the friend I got it from can't remember where they are, the drive shaft, heads and pistons. He also lost the title or can't remember where it is. I have the car with a bill of sale and selling with a bill of sale.
The paint has three or four coats of base color and I have enough paint for one final base coat plus two gallons of clear.
For sale as roller, less drivetrain and bumpers, Buy It Now price $2,900.
