This SUV until a week ago was owned by a state owned/operated housing authority in our neighboring State of Alabama which is about 200 miles from our location. It was used as an administrative vehicle, actually an executive officer, used for official business use since new in 2008. We were told he was the only person that ever drove the vehicle and very few people ever road with him, simply replaced with a new one because of age and miles replacement schedule! After it was replaced it sat idle for about 6 months not being used, we purchased the SUV directly from the agency, not from an auction, dealer or broker, simply turning this one into cash. After purchasing we cranked it, drove it 200 miles, checked all fluids and washed it/photographed for eBay. The SUV cranks right up on its own power, engine and transmission run and shift properly, running gear seems great, oil service sticker says the next service is due at 140k miles! It runs and drives great, air conditioning is cold, all functions of the vehicle work properly, tires are in good condition and can be seen in the photos, it does have a small, very small dent right behind the fuel tank fill door, a small spot on the passenger side corner of the rear bumper where the paint is faded or rubbed off – can barely see a few black spots, the driver’s side seat has a small rip/tear in it, other than those few things the body, paint and interior are all in great condition. We are selling the SUV with a clean-clear title and bill of sale, it will crank up, is 100% roadworthy and will drive back to your location. Please remember the SUV is almost 10 years old, cranks and runs, is not running hot, blowing or burning oil or anything like that, seems to still have plenty of life left in it, perfect SUV for the family or for work!
