1969 Cadillac Deville Convertible Caddy Classic Car 2 door

1969 Cadillac DeVille 2 door Convertible. This car would be a great investment and a great restoration project. Current mileage - 110,700 actual miles. Runs well!
I have replaced the shocks, exhaust, timing chain, fuel pump, oil pump, water pump, starter, alternator, voltage regulator, radiator, wiper motor, manifold gaskets, new convertible top and top motor, as well as both pistons for the top and a new battery.
The dash pad is perfect, but the interior needs replaced. Has minor rust, (see pictures) needs rear bumper ends. This is my only car, which I drive every day, and it runs well. I hate to get rid of this "diamond in the rough" but I need something smaller.
