2010 Black Honda Civic Sport, mint condition with power options and digital dash

Well we are selling our 2010 Honda Civic Sport as we have upgraded to a new vehicle and no longer need to drive this car.
This civic is in incredibly clean shape and it has been maintained very well. It was purchased brand new in 2012 and has been driven for the last 4 years. It has been maintained by a certified mechanic. We love clean vehicles so the car has been cleaned weekly, if not more often, which is why the body and interior looks so good.
This car has never had any issues and drives well in all conditions, including the snow that we get in winter months. It is stored under a carport so it does not get hit by sun, rain or snow.
If the reserve is met, we will add in the winter tires at no extra cost. The tires that are currently on it are only a year old, and still have very strong treads.
This car is a 4 door and 5 seater, and get easily fit a family of 5, with lots of room in the trunk.
It has a digital dash, power windows, power sunroof, fully working heat and AC, CD player, USB hookup and Power doors. It is a 100% smoke free vehicle and still has a "New Car Smell." It has power steering and alloy rims. It has a 50L gas tank.
Honestly this is a great car to pick up a great price for the right person. It is incredible on gas both in the city and on the highway.
Once the sale is completed, we require a $250.00 USD deposit, and then the remainder of sale via wire transfer or cash/certified cheque. Buyer is responsible with transportation of vehicle and all costs associated with it.
