Original Owner 1986 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 with LS1 engine swap
Vehicle was purchased in South Florida by my father in 1986 and has been in my family ever since. LS1 swap and upgrades to the suspension, brakes, drivetrain and rear end were started several years ago.
Project is 90-95% complete. The car starts right up, runs and drives. It has open headers so it's very loud. It needs to have a custom exhaust built and dyno tuned to dial it in (currently has a mail order tune). Not something you can drive on the street the way it is. Also car currently has no A/C.
The Interior is all original with the exception of the gauges and shifter.
The car was repainted in 1998 and has held up well with the exception of the front bumper. The clear coat on the front bumper is peeling and needs to be redone. Minor rust on A-Pillar, mirrors and rear quarter (see photos)
Looking for someone who wants to finish and enjoy it. Email me with any questions.
