1961 Chevrolet Biscayne 454 4 Speed 21,900 miles!

This is a Super Sleeper, pulling up to the traffic light and you'd never guess whats lurking under the hood? 454 and a 4 Speed !!! The crate engine has Aluminum heads, Edelbrock intake, Holley 850 Carb, mild cam and shorty headers. It runs great, really is a very nice cruiser, smooth, quiet and reliable. Really!!! I've driven it quite a bit and am amazed how smooth it is. The body has 21,900 miles on it and it feels like a new car. Original paint has been touched up here and there. It won best original at Big Chevy shows. I pulled the original Inline 6 and installed the 454 for a customer at our shop, Dave's Hot Rod Garage. I'm listing this car for my friend Bob, he has the title (clear) in his name. No liens.
InteriorExcellent upholstry, nice rubber floor mat and new headliner/windlace. Glass is excellent. A new Vintage Sun Tach was installed
DrivetrainThe Hurst Shifter is new as is all the linkage & brackets, Hydraulic Clutch assy and new disc and pressure plate. Original rear axle, Hotchkiss sway bars front and rear, new dual exhaust
BodyExcellent sheet metal, seams and floors are very nice, car looks as if was always kept inside. The bumper chrome and trim are unbelievable, excellent condition.
I urge you to come see this car, its worth the trip! Or you can hire an inspection if you like. We can put the car on a lift so you can see undercarriage.
