1997 Porsche Boxster Convertible 5 speed Tan Leather - RARE PASTEL YELLOW PAINT!

I HATE TO DO IT BUT IT'S TIME TO PART WITH ONE OF THE MOST ENJOYABLE CARS I'VE EVER OWNED.
Up for sale is my 1997 Porsche Boxster Convertible. I am the 4th owner of the vehicle having purchased in 2008 with approximately 90,000 miles. I have driven it over the past 8 years with care and logged another 80,000 highway miles on the odometer. The vehicle has been well cared for and driven responsibly. It just passed its New York State safety and emissions inspection.

FEATURES and CONDITION:

• Original 1997 factory "Pastel Yellow" paint (only available in model years '97-'99)- Paint is in excellent condition showing only two small dings on the rear decklid and a small rust spot over the left rear wheel well.
• Tan Leather Interior and carpeting.--Leather seating is in very good condition and shows normal/minor wear.
• Black canvas convertible top was replaced new top with glass rear window in 2008.
• Rear tires are new with about 1000 miles on them (Continentals). Front tires will need to be replaced soon.
• Disc Brakes are in excellent condition and don't squeak at all.
• New oil separator last year, New coolantreservoir a few years ago, New Bilstein front struts last year--I think it also needs the rears to be replaced.
• The drivers side cam sensor probably needs to be replaced to keep the cam timing within factory parameters so as to not continually set the check engine light, the part is around $500 plus labor. Not an issue in states where the light doesn't disqualify a vehicle from passing.
• Windshield was replaced a few years ago with a top quality Pilkington.
• All threeidlerbearings on the engine were replaced a few years ago.
• Vehicle comes with the ten spoke Porsche wheels as pictured, not the 5 spoke wheels. Also comes with colored Porsche crest center caps.
• The driver's and passenger windows have a 35 percent tint on them and the rear window has a 20 percent tint on it.
  
• The accident that shows up on the car fax was from a small dent in the plastic front bumper which was fixed.

This Boxster is fun to drive and I get compliments all the time on the unique classy color. It is a great price for someone who doesnt have a lot of money but wants to have fun driving the best handling Porsche convertible out there.
