On Aug-09-16 at 08:12:34 PDT, seller added the following information:

The chassis/suspension has been updated. It has boxed frame rails, 10 bolt gm rear end, newer leaf springs and brakes. I was told the front end is a heidts mustang II IFS with disc brakes. Driveshaft has safety loops. The wiring is all new. It has a Lokar shifter on a T350 trans. Also has a Be Cool radiator with an electric fan. Body does not appear to have any bondo as the fenders and doors are as straight on the inside as the outside. Front vent does work. No heater or AC but a local shop will install a vintage air system for an additional 2k.
