2003 dodge sprinter

Offered for auction is a 2003 Dodge Sprinter 2500 Diesel. This truck was owned by a local plumbing and heating company. One day the vehicle would not start, so they took it to a local garage where they started to replace many parts at a cost of well over $2,000. They still could not get it running. The plumbing and heating company was unwilling to spend any more money on it, so they traded it in on a new one. After reviewing the Car Fax in April 2012, it shows this vehicle was in an accident and declared a total loss. I would never have thought that because the body is in nice shape and over all the truck is in very good condition for the model year and it has a clean New York State title. At 122,000 miles,this is very low mileage for a diesel. I have owned many - some with over 400,000 miles. To reiterate - the truck DOES NOT RUN and we no nothing about diesels,so figure the worst, and hope for the best.If you're a diesel mechanic, it may be a simple fix or buy it for parts.
