1965 Ford Mustang GT Clone

This is a beautiful recreation of a Mustang GT. True factory C code, 289 engine with factory C4 automatic transmission. The car has an older restoration but is still gorgeous. The white Shelby Lemans stripes were recently added and are painted on, not decals. The GT fog lights are reconditioned and work great.The car was originally a 2 barrel but now has the Ford factory 4 barrel intake and a Holley carburetor with electric choke.This car is a rust free, Georgia car with a DSO of Atlanta. It has been in Georgia all of its life. The undercarriage is rust free, as are the frame rails, trunk pans and drops and cowling. The car has a fresh tune-up, oil change and transmission service. All exterior lights and gauges work. All interior lights work, including the courtesy lights in doors and console. The interior is in great shape. The headliner is perfect. All windows roll up and down like new. The factory Rally Pac looks great sitting on the steering column. The tach works but unfortunately the clock does not.
The car runs and drives perfectly. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere. I have driven this car a lot. It steers perfectly, tracks straight and stops quick with the SSBC 4 wheel disc brakes. The radiator has the factory fan shroud installed for the A/C so the cars runs cool...no overheating issues whatsoever. The temperature gauge stays at the lower end of the scale.

This car is not titled, Georgia did not issue titles in 1965, but it does come with current registration and notarized bill of sale. I reserve the right to end the auction at any time as I have the car listed for sale locally.
