1949 Chevrolet

1949 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe. Four door, 216 6 cylinder with 3 speed manual transmission and it's original 6 volt electrical system. Car is in very nice condition. It runs and drives well. There are no mechanical defects that I am aware of. The engine does not use oil but the transmission does have a slight leak. It has been repainted quite a few years ago so the paint is not flawless. It has marks from shows and general use as seen in the photo of the fender skirt. I just replaced the battery, water pump and generator. Last spring the radiator was recored. The odometer shows just under 35,000 miles which I believe to be accurate since the undercarriage has not been redone and is in very nice unrestored condition. The interior is in very nice unrestored condition and the horn, wipers, lights and blower works. The radio does not work. Tires are excellent and the spare was recently replaced. Not really wanting to sell, but I don't have the time to enjoy the car. Buyer is responsible for shipping and all arrangements. If you'd like to see before bidding you are welcome to do so.
