This car just became legal in the United States in November 2015. It is a Right Hand Drive Vehicle and was therefore subject to the 25 year import rule. 2016 - 1991 = 25 years.
This was a car created by Nissan so that they could enter the World Rally Championship (WRC) and they produced the minimum amount required so that they could complete.
It is a 4WD Turbocharged 2.0L with the famous SR20DET 54C engine which includes upgrades to the standard SR20DET such as wider connecting rods, higher volume oil pump, larger turbocharger, solid lifters for high RPM stability as well as a host of other upgrades.

The car is located in Vermont and has been legally imported into the United States.
