For sale is my well-maintained A4 with most available upgrades at the time (power driver seat, Bose radio, 17" rims, integrated garage door opener, color-matched rocker panels, and mud flaps). Car was purchased for my occasional commute to Abington, PA (approximately 20 miles). After purchasing the car, it was thoroughly inspected and serviced by an Audi Master Technician with a lot of preventative maintenance completed. The car maintains a clean auto history with NO accidents. The car has a few tasteful mods, including HID headlights, hard-wired Bluetooth and audio jack into the Bose system, upgraded rotors/pads, and high performance all-season tires.
Car is PA inspected to Feb 2017 and has a PPA Zone 1 parking permit to Mar 2017.
The following work was completed at 140K:
- Nitto NT850 235/45/17 tires (have been fantastic in the rain and snow)
- Gates racing timing belt, water pump, and serpentine belt
- Front and rear Centric premium rotors and Powerstop Z17 ceramic brake pads with brake fluid flush
- DDM Tuning 4500K HID conversion kit with relay harness
- Transmission service: filter and synthetic ATF
- Rear differential fluid change
- Tune-up: NGK spark plugs, pollen filter, cleaned throttle body, inspection and replacement of broken vacuum lines and PCV system components
- Synthetic oil change with a Mann oil filter
- Replaced coolant reservoir
- Replaced valve cover gasket, chain tensioner, and half moon seal
- Replaced fuel filter
- OEM Remy alternator with lifetime warranty
- Hard-wired Bluetooth integration and 3.5mm audio jack into Bose system
After a coolant leak was found (typical B6 A4 issue of cracks forming between valves), the cylinder head replaced which included:
- Sourced AWM head (no cracking issues): decked, prepped, and valve leak tested
- Reinforced steel head gasket and new head bolts
- Replaced valve cover gasket, intake gasket, chain tensioner, half moon seal
- Replaced temp sensor, O-ring, and clip
The car has over 2000 miles on the new cylinder head without issue.
Recently the crankshaft position sensor was replaced. The car runs flawlessly without check engine lights, stutters, or power loss. All major services are complete and this car will easily go to 200K. Heat and A/C are perfect, with no temperature issues in the recent heat wave.
Would love to keep it as it's a blast to drive, easy to park, and still gets compliments, but I'm moving across country and would prefer to avoid the hassle of shipping it. This car is priced based on the condition and work put into this vehicle.
Just drove the car to from Philadelphia to Boston last week (500+ miles round trip) and the car ran perfectly the whole way through.
