For sale here is a very nice 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4.

This vehicle only has 25,000 miles. There's 11+ months/36,000 (total) miles of bumper-to-bumper factory warranty left and 35+ months/100,000 (total) miles of drivetrain warranty.
Other than some light scuffs when one of us-- and I won't say who she was-- got too close to a very aggressive bush and its white post (shown in pictures) the exterior of this Jeep is in all but showroom condition.
The inside is immaculate. Beautiful beige leather seats. I don't believe anyone has ever sat in the back seats.

Edmund's says this Jeep's value on a private party sale is $26,850 (far lower than what they are actually selling for); Kelly Blue Book states $29,150 (a bit higher than average). These figures are in the "very good" range, in which this Jeep most definitely qualifies (allows for minor reconditioning, as in the small scuffs).
$28,000 is right between those numbers and commensurate with local sales. Considering we paid over $42,000 for this Jeep just over 2 years ago on an end-of-year clearance, I feel our asking price is fair, but we will entertain minor price-different offers..
No shipping-- vehicle should be seen in Wake Forest/Raleigh and arrangements made to pay the balance at the time of pickup. A $500 NON-FUNDABLE down payment is expected once the auction is ended by purchase.
