1958 CHEVROLET CORVETTE CONVERTIBLE NICE PROJECT CAR!!!!

OK, here’s the story on my 1958 corvette. I bought this car a couple years ago with the intent on restoring it. I’ve wanted one of these ever since I got my drivers license (1975). Long story short, life comes into play and I will have to wait another time.

I know its obvious, but I just want everyone to know that this is a project car in need of parts and restoration. If you arefamiliar with these cars, you know that parts are available.

Pictures speak a thousand words. Please examine the pictures carefully. You will notice some holes in the floor and trunk area. This was once a race car with a roll cage. Now gone. Other pictures will show you what is included with the car. I “staged” the car for purposes of taking pictures. Some of the parts are just hanging on and will be taken off and boxed up. The windshield frame is not bolted down. I strongly suggest a closed transport trailer.

The frame was taken to a professional frame shop were some work was done and brought into original specifications. Then primed with epoxy primer. There is no engine, transmission or 3rd member. It’s a roller and it steers. Suspension needs to be rebuilt.

Birdcage is in good shape.
