1961 Ford F100 Short Bed Pickup. This is a very original Ford Pickup. I have a clear Utah title in my name. The truck currently runs and drives, and is almost rust free. Please look closely at all of the photos. If you have any questions, regarding the condition of my truck, please give me a call. My phone number is (801) 745-5835. I'm not a dealer. This 1961 Ford F100 had been sitting in dry storage for several years before I bought it. I have purchased and installed the following parts. 1. The starter motor was removed and rebuilt. The truck starts and the engine runs with no internal engine noises. There is a header leak, but not very loud. 2. I replaced the fuel pump and installed a new gas tank. 3. The driveshaft was removed, balanced and a new yoke and Ujoints were professionally installed. The transmission and clutch work properly, but the linkage sticks and needs adjustment. I have driven the truck short distances, and all of the gears in the transmission perform properly. The brakes are good, but the emergency brake needs to be replaced. The strong point for the truck is the rust free body. I removed the seat and took pictures of the floor. There is a minor rust hole where the drives foot would rest by the brake pedal. Please look closely at all of the photos. The truck was originally a State of Idaho Department of Roads work truck. It was in the State of Idaho motor-pool for several decades. I am the third owner. The truck was originally fleet yellow as were all State Of Idaho trucks. The truck is missing the tailgate and the passengers side door glass. The windshield has several rock chips. Again, please look closely at all of the photos. If you need additional information, don't hesitate to give me a call. I will candidly answer your questions regarding the truck. The reserve on my truck is very low. I will gladly assist the shipper you select in getting the truck shipped anywhere in the world. If you have less than five positive feedbacks on Ebay, please call of message me before bidding. I want this to be a good, straightforward, auction. I hope this is the truck you have been looking for.On Aug-26-16 at 07:27:20 PDT, seller added the following information:
The shift linkage is in good working order. One of the linkage arms was loose and has been corrected. The new fuel pump and gas tank are connected and in good working condition. If you have any questions, regarding my truck, please let me know.Bob (4142bev)
