"2006" Audi A4 QUATTRO Turbo 2.0

Audi A4 B7 Quattro. It is a 2005,5 which means it has the "newer" body style (2006+). Car is in very good condition. Well maintained, The car has a 6 peed manual transmission. I have had sticks all my life so YES the clutch is in good shape. Timing belt was done at about 68k. ALL power options are in good working order. Climate Control, Heated Seats (front and back), Radio Steering Controls, etc ALL WORKING. Body has normal wear for its age. NO accidents, Non smoker.
The bad: Glove box door. It's a common problem for this year. Driver seat has a cut. Vacuum pump sometimes will make a slight noise at idle. Check engine light is on. Two codes. First - was Too Lean Bank 1. Second Evap System Emission Leak.
The KBB value for THIS vehicle in THIS condition is about $5300. The asking price is based on the POSSIBLE cost of clearing the check engine light.
