Up for auction at no reserve is a very cool Rambler Station Wagon with a good title. This car isfairly straight with exception of a few battle wounds on front fender and rear quarter. It isin need of hot rodding, rat rodding, customization, or just put back the way it was. The Rambler is mostly complete, it does have the original 6 cyl. that does turn over. I have hooked a battery up to it, and it sounded like it wanted to kick off, but just wouldn't. Compression was down, but the car did sit for a while prior to me getting it.The Rambler did come from a dry western Kansas climate. It does have rust behind the front fenders, lower rocker, and a small spot under the left side wagon window, and is showing some early beginnings of rust just above the drip rail on the left side. . The wagon floor, and sub floor are both in good shape. I have pulled the carpet from the floors and the floors do appear to be solid. The driver side has some surface patina but not deep penetrating rust. This car does not run, and is not being listed as a running and driving car. Figure complete restoration on it to make it road worthy. This Rambler is similar to one that was on Gas Monkey garage that pulled good money when sold. All itemsare listed with the intent of needingfull restoration.
