Body off restoration with no expense spared. 3 years of labor This is a first year jimmy that has a Blazer front bumper and Grill / Light assembly. Here is a list of the work involved in this near complete restoration.

Frame stripped of all parts abrasive blasted and powder coated

355 chevy 4 bolt rebuilt with all new internals and mild cam new edlebrock intake and carb / Heads rebuilt / all new valves springs seals / rocker arms / lifters /double roller timing chain. Ramhorn exhaust manifolds / New distributor / Plugs / wire

New fan shroud ( reproduction ) New flex fan

New clutch assembly / flywheel turned

new clutch linkage assembly / springs

chrome oil pan / valve covers and timing cover

entire new brake system / Booster / master cylinder all lines / proportioning valve / emergency brake cables

The entire underside looks like a truck that rolled off the showroom floor

new fuel tank / lines

new four core radiator with new a/c condensor and dual electric fans

new 2 1/2" stainless exhaust with flowmaster mufflers / chrome 3" slant cut tips after rear wheels

New 16" wheels / Tires equivalent to 40's zero miles

8" lift kit front / rear

All new rancho shocks

new body mounts / transmission mounts / engine mounts / Red urethane

front and rear dana differentials rebuilt with all new bearings carrier / axles

Muncie sm 465 rebuilt trans

NP 205 rebuilt transfer case

all new fluids / seals / belts / hoses

new front and rear drive shafts with all new u joints and hardware

Vintage air installed / needs hooked up

new painless wiring harness installed

All new lights tailights / sidemarker lights

custom piano black dash bezel with autometer gauges

Chrome steering column / later model chevy truck steering wheel

Chrome shifters trans and transfer case

All new black carpet from front to back to be installed

All new weatherstrip

New windshield

Hardtop in excellent shape / needs a little repair but not much / all glass in excellent condition.

new bumpers / front / rear with new brackets and all new bolts

new windshield wiper arms / linkage / blades

dash uncut with original radio

custom diamond plate CNC cut rear interior side panels / need installed

front bucket seats in great shape was going to dye black with sem products

rear bench seat needs recovered is in truck now

console is there and needs repainted

All body work completed and painted on cab body

front clip / doors need painted / Hood bottomside is painted

All engine bay repainted

new core support and all accessories

New fender wells

The doors need assembled I have all glass / new weatherstrip / new door handles to be installed

over 35k invested to this point with very little to be finished. Assemble doors / install carpet and complete door / front clip paint you will have a new blazer. estimate of $2000.00 to finish

I have all remaining parts in plastic bins to finish. This blazer can be on the road in a week or two. I am moving on to another project is the reason for sale. Must see to appreciate this blazer is beautiful with many hours of labor and countless dollars invested. No disappointments
