BMW 325iC Convertible in great condition

1990 BMW 325iC (convertible) in great mechanical condition. Garage kept since original purchase The tough spots are creases in the rear window and the leather seats are in need of work (see pictures). I am the second owner who purchased from a friend who was the original owner. Meticulously maintained. Oil changed every 6 months, regardless of mileage. Pennsylvania inspection good through April 2017.
Recent repairs/replacements: Heater core and valve, muffler, tires. Also upgraded front suspension and A/C. The seats are the only real fix needed.
