1970 Mercury Monterey convertible 76A 2 door Very Rare Runs Great

For sale is a very rare 1970 Mercury Monterey Convertible with 82 500 original miles. A Real head turner get tons of thumbs up when drivingaround! 1 of only 581 MercuryMontereyconvertibles made in 1970.
With the original 390 ci 2V V8 and c6 auto trans, Dual exhaust (which sounds great! really nice low rumble), Power disc brakes and Power steering. Mint blackvinylinterior with all the power options working including the stereo. The electric power top works perfectly and goes up or down in 15-20 seconds.
The paint is red andpartiallyfaded which gives it a nice patina. The body, frame andundercarriage are very solid but thebottomcorners of the door skins have rust (see pictures) but are solid. Could use a new weatherstripping(window seal).
