Are you looking for an exceptionally rare, classic 1960's workhorse? Do you enjoy waking your neighbors every time you take a drive to the store? Do you want to drive a truck that makes you feel like a MAN? Well... If you answered yes to all of those, then this is the truck for you!
The Jahnsen family (long time Studebaker Drivers' Club members) have asked me to list their '63 Stude Diesel 1 ton truck. Feel free to send an ebay message with any questions, or call Mike and Nancy at 636-575-8448. Please be sure to leave a message if there's no answer; they'll get back to you as soon as they can. They've enjoyed this truck for the last 15 years, and feel it's now time for it to find a new, loving home.
Between production years 1962 to 1964, Studebaker tried to expand their truck offerings by including a series of trucks equipped with the General Motors Detroit Diesel engine. Sadly, Studebaker was a couple of decades ahead of the market, and these "light duty" Diesel trucks were not a huge sales success. Fifty years later, that makes these trucks a rarity for collectors and enthusiasts. These trucks don't come up for sale very often, so here's your chance to own a nice one.
