1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 Truck

I have owned this truck since 2000 (Florida truck) and am going to try and present it as accurately as possible;please do not hesitate to contact me with questions.
I gave the vehicle to my father in 2013. During the period in which he owned the truck, it was painstakingly cared for. In 2016, I once again assumed ownership. This truck has be very well cared for in the 16 years it has been in my family. The vehicle does display wear, but such is typical for a vehicle of this age and mileage. I have changed the oil with Mobile 1 Synthetic every 5,000 miles, the tires are only a couple of years old with very low mileage and the front brake lines were recently changed.
Please look at the window sticker, as this is a fully optioned truck with the Z71 package, LT trim, 5.3 liter engineand 3 door extra cab.There are a few things that should be disclosed regarding this truck:
1.) The hood and roof paint has been repainted. The areas that have been painted look great, but the top of the doors and right fender flare were not done and as such, reflect some sun fading.
2.) The rear tailgate has two scratches (one 2" scratch and one 1" scratch).
3.) The lower bumper is "dinged" on the passenger side.
4.) A small, quarter-sized rust spot is present by Nerf bar on the driver's side.
5.) Driver's side fog light lens is missing.
6.) Driver's seat and armrest reflects significant wear.
7.) The power mirror switch does not work and gas gauge is a bit temperamental.
8.) The drive-train runs and shifts well, but makes a slight noise when cold/first running.
9.) The frame is clean, but has surface rust where the undercoating has thinned.
