1988 E28 BMW M5 ---1owner---California Car --- #2 in production line

Hi I'm selling a 1988 E28 BMW M5, it's a 1owner car and has been in my family since new. The car runs great, Passed California Smog inspection May 2016. The paint is virtually flawless and has been garaged. The inteior is extremely clean for its age. It has had reupholstery work done in the past. It has all matching vins on very single panel. The car has never been involved in an accident. It has brand new bf Goodrich matching tires and has been dealer serviced. It was serviced at BMW of Fremont 10-16-2015 all maintenance that was recommend by the dealership was completed. It also had major suspension work done by the dealer back in 12-30-2011. The car has always been maintained as recommend throughout it's life span.
Here's what's currently wrong with the car. The driver seat does not adjust, which I haven't looked into. The odometer was replaced but stopped working, the speedo and rpm gauges all work.
The car is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and has zero rust. I'm fairly certain this is the second M5 brought into North America in 1987.
