1995 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4

I have a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 for sale. Clean Texas title. I got it in a trade but I have a bad back and cant climb in and out. Its just taking up more space than Id like. I havent had it too long so I havent looked over it much but Ive had some of the front suspension such as the tie rods and track bar replaced. Odometer stuck at 70k miles but is mileage exempt on the title. It has 39 inch tires, a 9 inch suspension lift and a 3 inch body lift. Ready for the beach or mud. It does have some deep rust where the drivers side door and fender meet. 2 of the tires have very low tread and the other two are probably around 50%. Windshield is cracked but not badly and the dash is cracked and gone but there is a cover in there. Will need a new AC compressor but I may fix that as well. Has power seats, windows, and locks. Has the 5.9 magnum V8, auto transmission, and manual transfer case. Engine and trans run strong, Cranks and fires right up every time. Tow hitch in front and back. Will probably need the 2 tires replaced and an alignment to drive well. Other than that and the AC, rest is only cosmetic issues such as peeling paint and interior that Ive found.
